Group training mat

Pilates exercises on the mat, in groups of six to ten participants.  

When: Monday (9.30 - beginners group, 10.30 - regular), Thursday (9.30 - regular), Friday (9.30  – regular, 10.30 - ‘low impact’)

Where: Ballet studio 'Danzaira', Putstraat 82,  Sittard (Monday and Thursday)

Paramedisch centrum Sittard Zuid, Veestraat 28, Sittard (Friday)

Prices (2010): €40 /month, €110/trimester.
