Absolutely! Pilates is for everyone! All exercises are developed with modifications that can make a workout safe and challenging for a person at any level. To get full benefit from Pilates, professional instruction is important.  


As a certified Pilates teacher I offer both individual instruction and group training. In the group lessons I teach Pilates mat exercises. Private training is given at my home studio, which allows you to exercise both on a mat and on a reformer, a classical piece of Pilates equipment.
